TCG and members, including WIBU, Infineon and Cisco, will brave the heat July 11-14 to demonstrate and talk to attendees of the IoT Evolution Expo. This event will look at a variety of Internet of Things-related topics, including security. Some fabulous keynote speakers are scheduled for the conference side of the event from The Weather Company, Goodyear, AT&T, VMWare, Intel Security and more. TCG also will participate in a panel session so watch for updates there – our own IoT expert Stacy Cannady of Cisco will address the role of trust for helping secure the IoT.
TCG members also will show attendees how they can secure their own devices and data. WIBU Systems has developed an innovative way to use the TPM to protect intellectual property against piracy, sabotage and other vulnerabilities. Cisco will demonstrate managing and securing smart buildings and associated systems with the TPM and TCG’s network security architecture.

Trusted Computing Group announced that its TPM 2.0 (Trusted Platform Module) Library Specification was approved as a formal international standard under ISO/IEC (the International Organization for Standardization and the International Electrotechnical Commission). TCG has 90+ specifications and guidance documents to help build a trusted computing environment.
