PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 31, 2017 – Trusted Computing Group (TCG) and its Japan Regional Forum will host a workshop November 20, 2017, 13:30 – 19:30, at Akihabara UDX Next 1, Tokyo, to discuss and demonstrate security technologies, including trust and IoT security, securing the blockchain, TPM and online authentication, and the new TCG Trusted Software Stack.
The program will open with a keynote address on IoT security challenges from Shinichi Horata, manager, Early Warning Group at the Japan Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Center. Homma Yoshimitsu, president, Japan Digital Money Association, will present on how trust and TCG technologies can secure the blockchain. Mitsuru Miyazono, Japan Working Group member at FIDO Alliance Japan, who will introduce FIDO Technology and online authentication, will follow him.
Lee Wilson, chairman of the TCG Trusted Software Stack 2.0 and the Virtualized Platform Work Groups, will review the newly available TSS 2.0.
The ninth annual workshop also will include multi-vendor demonstrations implementing TCG specifications for embedded, enterprise and Internet of Things security.
