TOKYO, May 19, 2015 – Trusted Computing Group (TCG), an international standards group that develops specifications to enable computing security across the enterprise, today announced it has updated its regional demonstration center for multi-vendor enterprise security solutions based on trusted computing.
The demonstration center, located in the Intel Tokyo Office (IJKK), 3-1-1 Kokusai Building 5F, Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku Tokyo, Japan, was created in 2009 by the TCG Japan Regional Forum (JRF), which promotes TCG technologies in Japan and provides market feedback to TCG.
The center offers demonstrations of solutions using the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) as the root of trust in a simulated enterprise environment to help visitors understand trusted computing and the use of TCG standards
New demonstrations in the center offer several different solutions. The first shows a secure server demo for cloud computing, with hardware and software developed by Intel K.K. The second demonstration shows secure boot technology in an embedded systems environment provided by Insight International Inc. Details of the demonstration showcase are also available at trustedcomputinggroup.org/jp/blog.
TCG also is accepting applications for additional demonstrations. For more information, go to trustedcomputinggroup.org/jp/demo.
