Joerg Borchert was born in Hamburg, Germany. He studied Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany. He achieved his PhD in Economics before he joined Siemens AG in 1988. Initially Joerg was on the staff of the Corporate Board of Directors handling Mergers & Acquisitions in Munich, Germany. In 1992 he joined Siemens Semiconductor which became Infineon Technologies in 1999.

Joerg moved to the US in 1998 when he was appointed Vice President. He worked for three years in the wireless division and has more than 10 years experience in the security and chip card semiconductor area. He was instrumental for the roll out of the German Payment Smart Cards in 1996 and the success of the world’s largest electronic Passport program in US. In 2008 he became VP and General Manager for the Business Line Government ID.

The major success has been the business win of the German National ID card system in fall 2010.

Joerg took over in September 2010 the responsibility for Chip Card and Security for the region Americas. He resides in the US HQs in Milpitas, CA. Currently he and his team are involved in semiconductor security solutions for the smart grid and mission critical embedded systems. He contributed to four patent filings in this area.

He has one daughter and his favorite sports are sailing, skiing, mountaineering and playing beach volley with his daughter.

Jing de Jong-ChenJing de Jong-Chen has over 15 years of industry experience in software development, security technology policy and global partnership development with industry, government and research communities.

Since joining Microsoft in 1992, Jing has worked with a wide range of strategic products and businesses across the company, including Microsoft Windows, Advanced Strategies and Policy, Platform and On Line Services Division, and Microsoft Research. She was part of the driving force in the company to launch the Trustworthy Computing Initiative.

Technical Marketing – Trustworthy Computing, Cisco

Stacy Cannady, CISSP, is technical marketing – Trustworthy Computing
TRIAD (Threat Response, Intelligence, and Development) for Cisco and a member of the Trusted Computing Group’s Embedded Systems Work Group. He also serves as the primary board member representing Cisco.

Stacy has worked in the field of trusted computing for a number of years. As a subject matter expert in trusted computing, his responsibilities require an in-depth understanding of the trusted computing market, including advances in hardware and software security as well as vendor and customer market dynamics.

Prior to his work with Cisco, Stacy was responsible for marketing leadership for trusted computing at DMI, IBM and at Lenovo. At IBM, he played a principal role in making the TPM standard equipment in ThinkPad and ThinkCenter PCs. This created competitive pressure in the PC market and led to broad market acceptance of the TPM as standard equipment in enterprise-class PCs. Stacy was also responsible for the security product strategy for IBM’s PC Division and for Lenovo for eight years. This strategy required subject matter expertise in firmware security, biometrics, smart cards, identity management, encryption and access control. Additionally, at Lenovo, he was also responsible for incident response and served as Privacy Manager for the Software & Peripherals Business Unit.

Trust & Security Technology & Policy Manager, Intel Corporation

AMD Fellow, Advanced Micro Devices

Dean Liberty is the manager and lead architect of the Reliability/Availability/Serviceability Architecture and Strategy team at AMD, and a member of the Security Analysis team. In addition to being AMD’s primary representative to the TCG Board of Directors, he has contributed to several technical work groups, including as co-chair of the TCG Virtualized Platform Work Group.

Dean has over 30 years of industry experience working with both hardware and software. His interests are reliability, security, the hardware/software interface, and parallel processing.

Dell Fellow, Vice President Client Solutions Office of the CTO

David Konetski serves as a Dell Fellow and Vice President in the Client Solutions Office of the CTO.  In this role, he is responsible for Security and Systems Management technology solutions strategy, Commercial SW technology strategy and provides an interconnection point across Dell business units enabling pan-Dell end-to–end solutions.  In addition, as a Dell Fellow, David provides innovation leadership to Dell’s engineering community.

Mr. Konetski joined Dell in 1996 as a Sr. Engineering manager in the Consumer Engineering organization, leading development of audio and video solutions across desktop and laptop PC platforms.  In 1999, he formed a New Business Development Engineering organization designed to conceive and develop solutions for emerging Consumer and Internet oriented usage models.

In 2001, Mr. Konetski joined the Dell Office of the CTO, and over the next 15 years developed technology strategies and product portfolios for a wide range of Client technologies, including Security, Systems Management, White Spaces Communications, Optical device applications and Audio/Video ecosystems.  David also served 6 years on the Blu-Ray Disc Association Board of Directors and was Chairman of the Blu-Ray Content Protection Group and Audio Technical Task Force.  In Addition, Mr. Konetski has represented Dell in many diverse industry and standards organizations. David holds 30 issued patents for Dell and is active in IP generation across the company.  He was appointed to his current role as Vice President in 2011 and became a Dell Fellow in 2013.

Prior to Dell, Mr. Konetski managed several engineering and marketing organizations in the fields of multimedia silicon, multimedia computers, pari-mutuel wagering systems and gaming entertainment.

Mr. Konetski attended Cornell University and Northeastern University, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1984.

Principal Expert, Mobility IoT Division, Fujitsu Limited

Dr. Seigo Kotani is the Principal Expert for the Mobility IoT Division at Fujitsu Limited. Dr. Kotani joined Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd. in 1982 and conducted research on superconductivity and LSI devices, including cryptographic chips and authored numerous papers. In 2001, he transitioned to Fujitsu Ltd. and led the research and business development of security devices, systems and services including DRM, TCPA/TCG, biometrics, time-stamps, secure storage and secure network infrastructure.

In November 2006, the TCG membership elected Dr. Kotani to the position of Director, Contributor Board Member for 2007. At that time, he transitioned to Fujitsu Labs of America, and proceeded to lead many TCG activities to success as a representative of Japan. In June 2008, he secured the position of Director, Promoter Board Member. In February 2016, he transitioned again to Fujitsu Ltd. and now he is leading the trusted computing infrastructure and IoT businesses based on TCG technologies.

Dr. Kotani’s strong motivation and enthusiasm for providing a trusted social infrastructure has prompted him to lead Fujitsu to adopt TCG technologies. As a Board member, Dr. Kotani is actively furthering his mission and commitment to create a safer and more secure future.

Shiva Dasari is the Security CTO for the Data Center Infrastructure Group at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and is responsible for Servers, Storage, and Networking security technology, architecture, and Strategy.

Prior to HPE, Shiva served as the Security CTO for Lenovo’s Enterprise Business Group. Preceding to IBM System x acquisition by Lenovo, Shiva spent more than 18 years in the area of x86 server development in various roles including Chief Security Architect. As the Chief Security Architect, he was responsible for security architecture, strategy, and roadmap of IBM System x servers and networking products. He was instrumental in a number of industry leading security initiatives in IBM x86 server products including Flex Systems. Shiva was the driving force in making TPM standard in IBM x86 servers which significantly accelerated its penetration in to server ecosystem. Shiva was the pioneer in architecting and delivering an industry leading solution for securing IBM Integrated Management Modules (IMM) using security innovation in conjunction with TCG technologies. In addition to security architecture and strategy he is also a thought leader in Secure Development Life Cycle, Signing Server Infrastructure, Product Security Incident Handling Process, Supply Chain Security, and Security Certification processes. At both Lenovo and IBM, Shiva played an active role in various TCG forums including the Board, Technical Committee, PCCLIENT work group, and server work group.

Shiva has over 30 patents in the area of Security, Server Architecture, Memory, PCI, Error Handling, and Processor Architecture. Shiva holds a master’s degree in Software Systems. He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Monty Wiseman’s professional focus is in Platform Identity and Integrity. During the last 16+ years Monty was a leading contributor to various Platform TCG specifications. Monty is currently a Principle Engineer at General Electric focusing on security for GE’s Industrial Internet Control Systems. Prior to GE, Monty held various senior architectural positions at Intel, Novell, Sanyo/Icon, Fujitsu Microelectronics and Control Data Corporation. Monty’s first experience with computers was in 1974 building and developing software for the Altair 8800 using the “new” Intel 8080.
